About this deal

If you are a brunette looking to cancel unwanted orange tones, though, you are better off with a blue shampoo instead. It will cancel out yellow, but not orange as it’s too purple. Joico Color Balance Blue Shampoo and the matching conditioner are great for brunettes or darker blondes. Picture No Yellow Shampoo neutralizes yellow reflections driving from pigment residue after bleaching, lightening and the oxidizing action of the elements. No Yellow Care is the only treatment formulated with a special violet pigment with intensive action that neutralizes yellow reflections giving the hair a cool, bright, and even reflection.

Fanola No Yellow

The sun, pollution, technical treatments and styling tools can compromise the shine of blonde hair and its tones, that, with time, can turn yellowish. pandemic. My go to purple shampoo for sustaining a clean fresh blonde ! I find i only need to leave it on for 5 -6 mins max or my end can become dry. This product has halved the amount of salon appointment i make each year. Would recommend to anyone who battles with brassy tones. Easier to use and less likely to dye your hands purple, but it may dry your hair a bit too much. The matching conditioner can be left in the hair for upwards of 10 minutes for removing stubborn yellow tones. It’s also a bit cheaper. Picture Recommended by my hairdresser to use in between sessions. Really love it, does dry out hair a bit so you need a good moisturing conditioner. I use it twice a week for best results. This is a stunning product. It completely eliminates all brassy tones, and it does not dry up my hair like other products do. I am in love. The longer you leave it on, the more "brass" it kills. I will always buy this. This shampoo works really well to keep the cool tones in my blonde hair for longer. Just be wary that it is very very purple and can stain towels and shower curtains if you're not careful You won’t believe the before-and-after results after your first use! Fanola No Yellow Shampoo is by far the world’s most popular toning purple shampoo! look i live by this shampoo its amazing! it does everything you could ever ask for for blonde hair. but it does dye your hands purple for a little bit and does dry out the hair but that can be easily fixed with a hydrating conditioner. This blonde shampoo definitely reduces brassy tones in hair. It has a bit of a chemically smell and can stain any patches of dry skin I have on my hands. I am ruined for all other purple shampoos after using this, as none of them do as well! Can be pretty drying but using a leave in conditioner sorts it out. I have fine curly hair so it’s prone to drying out. I reached out to the company themselves and they recommended to mix it with my regular shampoo instead of just using that it still tones beautifully, I never come out looking purple. And best of all doesn’t dry my hair out!

This shampoo works well at toning hair, but is a bit drying. If you have dry and/or damaged hair, I'd recommend the mask instead. It's a bit more expensive, but works really well and is hydrating. This purple tinted shampoo contains ultra-strong violet pigments, that makes blonde and grey hair brighter and shinier. Suitable for use with streaked, bleached and lightened blonde hair, unwanted yellow tones are neutralised. Bleached and blonde hair will be given added brightness and left with a cool, ashy tone. Fanola No Yellow Shampoo is suitable for all hair textures and curl types. Enriched with Hydrolyzed Silk, to help leave hair looking and feeling soft, smooth and touchable. In terms of hair nutrition, this shampoo is not the best either. It doesn’t really condition your hair, it just deposits violet pigments on it. It won’t dry your hair, but if you have bleached hair you know how much it craves moisture. You can use this shampoo to tone hair after bleaching but if your hair is very damaged or sensitive you may be better off with a nourishing toning mask instead. It won’t dry your hair further, but it will not hydrate it either. If your hair is very porous, leave it for less than 5 minutes, wash it off and if needed apply it again. It’s easier to just apply it again and trying to remove visible violet tones from your freshly bleached hair. I find this does help with yellow tones in a way that doesn't leave purple patches through my hair, but as with most shampoos of this type - my fine hair struggles. I end up fairly tangled and have to use a hydrating mask afterward otherwise I'd never get a comb through it. I use this shampoo as a toner only. Although it drys my hair out tremendously, it gets me a beautiful ashy blonde that makes it all worth it! As long as you have a hydrating conditioner, this is your bestfriend! I have gone blonde recently and still have some brassy-ness coming through. I have previously used this product when I was fully blonde and love hair it removes any unwanted brass or yellow tones from my hair in one go. Just make sure to not leave it in the hair too long as your hair will go purple. Can dry your hair a bit so make sure to use a strong protein and nourishing conditioner after.
